The Research Team – Sourcing the Best Talent Globally
The job of the Atherton Stone Research Team is to source best-in-class individuals who will drive our clients businesses forward.
Dedicated in every sense of the word, they specialise in building relationships with clients as trusted advisers and true partners in their search for precisely the right candidate.
At the same time, they are meticulous in building and sustaining an international network of professionals other recruitment companies simply can’t match – even those who are not actively looking for work.
And because of the extent of our Research Team’s network, we are often able to identify suitable candidates straight away, rather than having to start a search from scratch. Shortening recruitment lead times and allowing clients to establish a clear competitive advantage.
