Netbiscuits is the global leader in software solutions for adaptive mobile web experiences used by brands worldwide.   Their technology helps reduce the cost, time and risk involved in developing mobile web applications that deliver a customized, superior mobile user experience across all connected devices.  In 2012, Netbiscuits secured $27m of investment with a view to extending its sales and marketing capabilities as well as its focus on research and development.

The Assignment

In December 2012, Atherton Stone was engaged on an exclusive 10 position assignment for Netbiscuits.  The focus was on building a Digital Marketing and Product team based in new offices in London and, whilst the positions were time critical due to an existing rebranding project, the CMO made it clear the company was not willing to sacrifice the quality of hire.

The Result

Atherton Stone placed 10 roles with Netbiscuits over an 8 week period.  Once engaged, a clear hiring plan was created and a meeting with each hiring manager organised to ensure the requirement was properly briefed.  Interview slots were booked in advance as was a weekly project meeting to track progress.  Due to the exclusive nature of the assignment, Atherton Stone was able to engage the research team exclusively and create a shortlist of candidates for each role.
